SAN FRANCISCO, March 13, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Swrve, the global leader in real-time, relevant customer engagement, today announced that it has appointed Joe Aleardi as its Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). In this role, Aleardi will be responsible for fueling Swrve’s customer experience strategy and guiding the company through its next stage of growth.
Aleardi joins Swrve with more than a decade of experience in fostering organizational growth by guiding sales and customer relationship strategies. He will lead Swrve’s revenue streams across key vertical markets including finance, travel, media and entertainment, telecom, games and e-marketplaces.

Prior to joining Swrve, Aleardi served as executive director of sales and customer success for IBM’s Watson Customer Engagement Software business. There, he was responsible for IBM's Customer Engagement business go-to-market planning & execution for the US Distribution Sector Earlier, he worked in a variety of sales and management positions in high-growth companies including webMethods and Comergent, playing an instrumental in their successful exits.
Aleardi comes on board as Swrve continues its already impressive growth and industry recognition in 2019. This includes being acknowledged as a Leader in Gartner’s 2018 Magic Quadrant for Mobile Marketing Platforms, and follows the appointment of Tara Ryan as Chief Marketing Officer and Barry Nolan as Chief Strategy Officer in January.
